2. Bookings & Payments

• All classes must be booked online through the Move With Ally website.

• Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept payments via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

• Refunds and cancellations:

  • Policies vary depending on the type of class. Please refer to the Refund & Cancellation page at the time of booking for specific details.

• Move With Ally reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Online Class Participation

• Classes are intended for healthy adults.

• You are responsible for your own safety during classes.

• If any movement or activity feels uncomfortable or painful, stop immediately.

• You must provide a safe environment for participation.

• Move With Ally is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damage resulting from participation.

4. Age & Parental Supervision

• Children under 16 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children during online classes. This includes their health and safety during the lesson, and providing a safe environment to practice.

• Move With Ally may contact parents/guardians regarding registration, class progress, or incidents.

5. Intellectual Property

• All class materials, videos, choreography, and content are owned by Move With Ally.

• You may not reproduce, share, or distribute content without explicit permission.

6. Privacy

• Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

• We do not sell your data. Data is used solely to provide services, manage bookings, and communicate with you.

7. Social Media

• We cannot control who follows our social media accounts.

• Children under 16 who follow or interact on social media must do so under parental supervision.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Classes are provided “as is.”

• Move With Ally is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the class.

9. Changes to Terms

• Move With Ally may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

• The effective date will reflect the latest version.
