Online Pilates Classes
Our online Pilates classes are beginner-friendly. I offer:
1. 1:1 Online Pilates private sessions
2. Online Pilates Group Beginner Sessions
Each 30-minute online Pilates session focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body control, with clear guidance and personalised support throughout. Sessions are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis, making it easy to book around your schedule. For added flexibility and value, you can also purchase a block of 10 online Pilates sessions and receive a 15% discount, ideal for building consistency and long-term progress from the comfort of your own home.

Meet Ally — Your Online Fitness Coach
I’m Ally, an experienced online fitness coach, with a professional background in dance and movement education, as an RAD and Imperial Classical Ballet Teacher. I deliver live, beginner-friendly online fitness classes designed to build strength, improve mobility, and help you feel more confident training from home.
I combine Pilates-inspired conditioning, strength and toning, and functional movement to create effective sessions that are supportive, adaptable, and suited to real life.
I’m also the author of Move With Ally, a book based on my experience as an online personal trainer and dance teacher.
