Ally is the founder of Move With Ally, your online personal trainer, dance teacher, and fitness coach.
She is a qualified RAD and Imperial ballet teacher, as well as a certified acrobatics teacher, with a strong background in dance, movement, and fitness training.
Her approach combines online personal training, Pilates-style exercises, strength training, mobility work, and optional dance-inspired fitness, helping women build strength, flexibility, and confidence in a supportive and encouraging environment. Each session is adapted to the client’s goals, fitness level, and preferences
